When are Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets shipped to fans?
Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets are shipped the week before Thanksgiving via Federal Express with a signature required. A tracking number is emailed for each order before they are shipped.

Which team is home and which is away? And which side of the stadium are they on?
For the 2015 Allstate Sugar Bowl, the home team (higher seed) will occupy the west bench (towards Gate G and the press box) and the visiting team (lower seed) will occupy the east bench (towards Gate C).

Where do I go to purchase official Allstate Sugar Bowl hospitality packages?

I purchased tickets from someone online and I have not received them. Can you reprint them for me?
We are unable to reprint tickets.

My friends are meeting me at the game, but we will be arriving at different times. Do you accept third party will call?
Yes. The Sugar Bowl ticket office will open at Gate A Ground Level at noon on game day. The Bowl will not be liable for lost tickets or unclaimed tickets.

I need accessible (ADA) seating for the game. How do I purchase these seats?
ADA seating for the Allstate Sugar Bowl is available through Ticketmaster (800.745.3000). Be sure to specify your needs.

Who gets the seats that are not made available to the public?
Each school receives an allotment of 12,500 tickets for the Allstate Sugar Bowl. Additionally, Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets are allotted to participating conferences, the College Football Playoff group, the television network and an array of corporate sponsors and partners. Once these are designated, any remaining seats are made available first to individuals on our mailing list and then to the public at large.

Where can I inquire about using a suite for the game?

Why am I limited to the number of Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets I can purchase?
We try to allow as many people as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets to the game. To do so, we limit the number of tickets each person may purchase.

I would like to pre-pay for parking. Where can I do that?
Superdome parking is sold on a first come, first served basis. There is no prepaid parking.

I purchased Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets last year through Ticketmaster. Do I get those same tickets this year? 
No. However, for the first time in a long time, the Allstate Sugar Bowl is this year offering renewable seats for purchase (see below).

How do I get renewable Allstate Sugar Bowl Tickets?
Click here to create an Allstate Sugar Bowl ticket account (or click to access your account). For a limited time, if you purchase renewable tickets, the Allstate Sugar Bowl will invoice you in the spring for the next game. Timely payment is required to retain seats.
